A soft, nutty, flavour-rich waffle and pancake premix made with real pistachios — crafted to give your family a wholesome, protein-rich food that tastes as good as it nourishes.

Ingredients:

• Soaked Pista Flour (Pistachio)
• Sprouted Khapli Wheat Flour (Gehun)
• Dates Powder (Kharik)
• Semolina (Suji / Rava)
• Saffron (Kesar)

• Add one cup of premix, half cup of milk, 1 tsp ghee
• Mix it well
• Let the batter rest for 10 minutes

• One cup premix, three slice ripe bananas, water
• Mix it well
• Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

• Step 1: Switch on the gas, put iron tawa on it
• Step 2: Greese with coconut oil or ghee
• Step 3: Pour the mixture in it
• Step 4: Cook from both side & serve it
