At Grab2buy, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we aim to deliver the highest quality products, we understand there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item.


Overview
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Window
• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with tags/labels attached.

Items not eligible for Return
• Final-sale or clearance items (if marked as such at checkout).
• Personalized or custom items (if any).
• Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.

How to start a Return

  1. Email our support team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We’ll review your request and email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely and hand it to the carrier shown on the label.

Return Shipping
• We provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns.
• Please use only the label we provide so the return can be tracked correctly.

Exchanges
• If you need a different size or color, start a return as above and select “exchange.”
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time we process your return.

Refunds
• After the returned item is delivered to our facility and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Refund timing is typically 5–10 business days after approval; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective items
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
• If you haven’t received a refund after the timelines above, first check with your bank or card issuer. If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Return Address
• Returns are processed using the prepaid label we provide. Do not send items back without an approved return and label, as they may not be traceable.
