policy below:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
    Grab2Buy will issue a full refund for products damaged during shipping. Please email support@grab2buy.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product within 3 days of delivery to be eligible.

    Returns for Other Reasons
    If the product is not damaged but you wish to return it for another reason, we accept returns at our U.S. processing center within 14 days of delivery.

    Return Options
    a. Grab2Buy Return Label – We can generate a prepaid label. Buyers will ship the products using the Grab2Buy return label to our U.S. Returns Center. A refund will be issued after deducting both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost for the items they return.

    b. Self-Return Option – You may ship the product back at your own cost. We refund the product price only, excluding shipping fees.

    Condition of Returned Items
    Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories or manuals.

    Refund Timeline
    Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Funds are credited back to the original payment method.

    Exceptions – Food and Perishable Items
    Returns are not accepted for food or perishable goods. If you are unsatisfied, please contact our support team for case-by-case review.

    Abuse of Return Policy
    Grab2Buy may refuse service or returns in cases of repeated abuse of this policy.
