Orders And Shipping
1. When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are processed within up to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 AM PST will begin processing the next business day.
2. How Long Does Delivery Take?
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.
Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping) is 6–11 business days.
3. What Are The Shipping Charges? Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE shipping on orders over $55.
Shipping rates for smaller orders vary based on cart value and are displayed at checkout.
4. Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, we ship only within the United States using USPS and DHL Express.
5. How Do I Track My Order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to start updating.
6. Can I Change Or Cancel My Order After Placing It?
If you need to change your order or shipping address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
7. My Package Shows Delivered But I Can’t Find It. What Should I Do?
First, check with household members or neighbors and review your tracking details. If you still can’t locate your package, contact the carrier. If you need further assistance, reach out to us with your order number.
Returns And Exchanges
1. What Is Your Return Window?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with tags/labels attached.
2. How Do I Start A Return Or Exchange?
To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@grab2buy.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
3. Are Returns Free?
Returns are not free unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- If you use a Grab2Buy prepaid return label, both the original shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- If you choose to self-return, you are responsible for return shipping, and we refund the product price only.
4. When Will I Get My Refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Can I Exchange For A Different Size Or Color?
Yes, exchanges are available within the 14-day window and are subject to stock availability at the time we process your return.
6. My Item Arrived Damaged Or Incorrect. What Do I Do?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
