Orders And Shipping

1. When Will My Order Ship?

Processing takes up to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

2. How Long Does Delivery Take?

Standard delivery typically takes 3–4 business days after dispatch.

3. What Are The Shipping Charges? Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Flat $5 shipping for orders under $30. Free shipping for orders of $30 or more. Exact charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Do You Ship Internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the USA.

5. How Do I Track My Order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to start updating.

6. Can I Change Or Cancel My Order After Placing It?

Contact us immediately with your order number. We can’t guarantee changes once an order is created or shipped, but we’ll do our best to help.

7. My Package Shows Delivered But I Can’t Find It. What Should I Do?

Check with household members and neighbors, and look around your property. If still missing, contact the carrier using your tracking number. If you need help after that, reach out to us.

Returns And Exchanges

1. What Is Your Return Window?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with tags/labels attached.

2. How Do I Start A Return Or Exchange?

Email our support team with your order number and the item(s) you want to return or exchange. We’ll reply with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

3. Are Returns Free?

Yes, we provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns.

4. When Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return is delivered back to us and passes inspection, we issue a refund to your original payment method. This typically appears in 5–10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to post it.

5. Can I Exchange For A Different Size Or Color?

Yes, exchanges are available within the 14-day window and are subject to stock availability at the time we process your return.

6. My Item Arrived Damaged Or Incorrect. What Do I Do?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
