We ship domestic orders using tracked standard delivery. Processing can take up to 3 business days; transit typically takes 3–4 business days after dispatch.

- Orders are processed within up to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after our daily cut-off may begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Typical transit time is 3–4 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak-season demand.
Shipping Rates
- Flat $5 shipping for orders under $30.
- Free shipping for orders of $30 or more.
- Any available options and exact charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to begin updating.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee edits once an order has been created or shipped.
Delivery Attempts and Delays
- Carriers may make multiple delivery attempts or deliver to a secure location. Please use your tracking link for the latest status.
- If your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, check with household members or neighbors, then contact the carrier. If you still need help, reach out to us with your order number.
Undeliverable Packages
Parcels returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts) can be reshipped after we confirm the address. Additional postage may apply for reshipment on orders under $30.
Preorders and Backorders
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we do not currently offer preorders or backorders.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
