• Just like how our grandmother used to prepare it during the winter season, especially with soaked almonds, authentic saffron from and date powder. 
• Indeed, there are genuine saffron strands in every cup of milk, without any essence.

• Soaked Almond (Badam)
• Dates Powder (Kharik)
• Real Kesar (Saffron)

• Step 1: Take 2 tsp of premix in a bowl.
• Step 2: Add 6 tsp of normal milk and mix well to form a smooth, lump-free slurry.
• Step 3: Heat 1 glass of milk in a pan until it comes to a boil.
• Step 4: Slowly add the prepared slurry to the boiling milk while stirring continuously.
• Step 5: Cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring well, until properly mixed and slightly thickened.
• Step 6: Remove from heat. The healthy milkmix is now ready.
• Step 7: Consume hot or allow it to cool and refrigerate.
• Step 8: Serve chilled, if preferred.
