The Indian Chai - Jasmine Pearl Green Tea

• Jasmine Pearls are made of hand-rolled green tea leaves that are infused with the aroma and flavours of night-blooming jasmine blossoms. This results in a wonderful blend of flavours, and provides an intense and intricate taste with every sip. Each tea leaf for this blend is picked only during spring months. The infusion process involves letting the jasmine blooms open over the course of the night and release their aroma into the tea. In the morning, these flowers are removed. This process is continued for six nights to allow for the intense flavours and high-quality.

• Jasmine Pearl Green Tea

• Put 1 teaspoon (2 gram) of tea leaves in a cup. Pour boiling water into the cup. Cover the cup and let it steep for three to four minutes. Strain and serve. Preferred without milk.
