Ease digestion and help regulate appetite: Diffuse about 5 drops of Bergamot essential oil at home or work. Mix 2–3 drops of Bergamot essential oil with a half teaspoon of coconut oil and rub onto your stomach. Deodorant: Apply 2-3 drops directly to your armpits. .This Oil is use for external use only.
