About the Product:

• The Super Diet Protein Idly mix contains added Whey Protein Concentrate and plant-sourced multi grains such as Rice Rawa, Black Gram Dal, Green Gram dal, Bengal Gram Dal, Quinoa and Ragi. Whey protein is a fast-release protein, having high biological value with rapid digestion, complete absorption, and efficient utilization of essential amino acids by the body.

• For 100 gm of Idly Mix, add 140 ml water (or) Mix 1 cup of powder with 1¼ cup of water.
• Mix uniformly to form a fine batter without lumps.
• Rest the batter for 30 minutes.
• Add little cooking oil to Idly molds.
• Pour the Idly batter into Idly molds.
• Steam Idly’s for 10-15 mins and serve with chutney.
