

Roopak's Special Jain Masala
Ingredients:
- Chilies, Cumin, Coriander, Black cardamom, Cinnamon, Caraway, Cloves, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Fenugreek, Mace, Black pepper, Dry ginger, Salt.
Usage:
- Fry chopped tomatoes till pulpy and reddish-brown. Add the masala and stir for a few minutes. Add cut vegetables or paneer and cook on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finish this aromatic dish with salt to taste.
