Roopak Subzi Masala

Roopak Subji Masala 100 Gm

Ingredients:

Coriander, Red Chillies, Turmeric, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Fenugreek, Cardamom Seeds, Cloves, Cinnamon, Ginger, Mace, Nutmeg.

Direction:

• Shallow fry two chopped onions in four table spoon oil.

• Add one cup chopped tomato and stir till the oil separates from masala.

• Add paste (mixing four tea spoon Roopak Subzi Masala in 3/4 cup of water) to fried onions & tomato mix. Stir for two minutes on medium flame. Add 4 cups chopped mixed vegetables & 1 cup water

• Add salt according to taste.

• Let it boil & simmer until the vegetables are soft.
