Ingredients:

Red Chillies, Coriander, Onion, Iodised Salt, Garlic Powder, Fenugreek, Black Pepper, Cumin, Turmeric, Cardamom Seeds, Cloves, Cinnamon, Ginger, Mace, Nutmeg.

DIRECTIONS:

• Add four teaspoon Roopak Reshmi Kabab Masala to 500g minced meat half cup boiled channa dal and ten to fifteen pieces of cashew nuts and grind to a coarse paste.

• Add two whisked eggs chopped onion ginger and green chilies make round flat kababs

• Deep fry or shallow fry till golden brown.

• Sprinkle Roopak Kabab Seasoning. and serve hot.
