Ingredients:

Red Chillies, Onion, Coriander, Iodised Salt, Garlic, Turmeric, Black pepper, Cumin, Cardamom Seeds, Ginger, Cinnamon, Mace, Cloves, Nutmeg, Black Cumin.

Directions:

• Boil 500gms cottage cheese cubes of two inches size in five cups salty water for three minutes Drain off water.

• In one cup yogurt,add one table spoon of chana dal flour (besan), three teaspoon of Roopak Paneer Tikka Masala.

• Fridge for Marinade cheese cubes with the yogurt mix.

• Keep in thirty minutes.

• Grill in preheated oven or tandoor Sprinkle Roopak BBQ Seasoning while serving.
