Roopak Bharwan (Tawa Fry) Masala powder 100Gm, 500Gm

Ingredients:

Iodized Salt, Coriander, Dry Mango Powder, Dry Pomegranate, Cumin, Black Pepper, Red chillies, Cardamom-Seeds, Coram, Fenugreek, Green Chillies, Yellow Chilies.

Directions:

• Dress and Cut Vegetables like lotus stem, bitter-gourd, ladyfinger, brinjal, potato. onions etc.

• Slit & stuff with Roopak Bharwan (Tawa Fry) Masala.

• Heat Oil in a pan or tawa.

• Gently place the stuffed vegetables in oil (slit portion upwards).

• Simmer on low flame and turn occasionally till tender.

• Sprinkle Roopak Shahi Garam Masala for flavor, taste and aroma Serve with Bread/Naan/Parantha.
