DEIONIC WATER, ACRYLIC POLYMER, ALLANNTOIN, HYDROXYETHYLCELLULOSE, 1.3 BUTYLENE GLYCOL, ALOE POWDER, VP/DIMETHYLAMINO, ETHYL METHACRYLATE, COPOLYMER, LMIDAZOLIDINYL UREA

How to Use:

• Take small amount of the product and apply it on your eyelids.
• Using your fingertip, tap the product onto your bare lids to lock glitter down.
• Wait for a minute to let the product form a flawless base for your eye shadow application.
• Can also be used on top of shadow to secure glitter on a finished look.
