How to Use:

  • Soak moong for 2-3 hours and pressure cook them.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and add curry leaves, chopped green chillies, onion, tomato and cook until translucent.
  • Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder and stir for about a minute.
  • Now add the boiled moongs and mix well. Serve hot with chapattis.
