• Cereals - 88% (Bajra, Ragi, Jowar, Maize, Samai, Thinai, Boiled Rice, Red Rice, Wheat, Barley)
• Pulses - 7% (Fried gram, Soya bean, Green gram)
• Nuts - 2.5% (Groundnut, cashew, and badam)
• 1.5% Sago and 1% Cardamom

• Take 3 tablespoons of Mambalam Iyers Health Mix.
• Add 300ml milk or water and mix well.
• Boil this mixture stirring frequently for 3 to 4 minutes to make porridge.
• Add sugar to taste and serve. In case of water, add buttermilk and salt.
