Instant millet upma (200gms)

INGREDIENTS:

Roasted Foxtail millet, Black gram, Bengal gram, Green chilly, Curry leaves, Mustard, Vegetable oil, Ginger, Salt, Lime seasoning mix, Turmeric and Sugar.

METHOD OF PREPARATION: Pressure Cooker Cooking

Measure: For 1 cup of Eco Jivan’s Foxtail Millet Upma mix, you need 3 cups of water

1. 1.Boil the water and add Eco Jivan’s foxtail millet Upma mix along with one table spoon oil/ghee.

2. 2.Cook the Upma mix in the pressure cooker on medium flame for 5- 6 whistles.

3. 3.Remove from the heat, stir it well and serve.

Optional: You can add vegetables (preferred: onion, tomato, carrot) and salt according to your taste.
