• Dip the derma roller in surgical alcohol for 10 mins to disinfect before using.
• For hair regrowth use 5 times a week.
• Move the roller in sections of your hair scalp and on bald patches vertically, horizontally for about 5 minutes.
• After using the roller, gently massage your scalp in circular motions with your fingers.
• For stretch marks, clean the skin in that area, with light pressure roll the derma roller on the marks vertically, horizontally, and diagonally for 5 minutes, then move to the other area.
