- Little Millets
- Foxtail millets
- Dehydrated Spinach Powder
- Green gram (moong dal)
- Black gram (urad dal)
- Bengal gram (chana dal)
- Spices - salt, cumin, black pepper, curry leaves, fenugreek, dehydrated garlic, and ginger powder.
Directions to Use:
- Step 1 - In a vessel, add 1 cup of millet spinach dosa mix, 1/2 cup of water, and 1/2 cup of curd. Mix these ingredients to form a batter-type consistency. Add more water, if required.
- Step 2 - Heat a non-stick dosa pan and smear a few spoons of oil. Add one ladle of batter on the pan and spread in a round circular motion.
- Step 3 - Add a few drops of oil and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes till the bottom turns golden brown. Add chopped onions and green chilies to enhance the taste (optional)
- Step 4 - Flip the dosa with a spatula to cook the other side for around 2-3 minutes.
