• Green gram flour, Black gram flour, Jeera, Fenugreek, and Spices.

• Add 1 cup of Moong Dal mix in a bowl and add 1 to 1 ½ cup water, mix well to get the batter without lumps.
• Keep better aside for 60 minutes.
• Add salt, pinch of cooking soda and a little water to get the dosa consistency.
• Heat tava, sprinkle water on tava, spread batter on medium flame, add 1 spoon oil or ghee along the sides. Roast till brown, spread onion pieces and serve with ginger chutney or peanut chutney.
