Adukale Puliyogare Powder

• Red Chillies, Copra, Till Seeds, Tamarind, Sugar, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Cumin, Black Pepper, Mustard, Coriander, Asofoetida, Curry Leaves, Bengal Gram Dal, Ground Nuts, Salt, Vegetable Cooking Oil

• Cook 400 gms of raw rice (not over cooked or undercooked). Transfer the cooked rice into a shallow vessel and allow it to cool
• Heat 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a kadai and empty the contents of Adukale Puliyogare powder packet into the hot oil. Stir and switch off the flame
• Now spread this on the rice kept for cooling, Mix well gently.
• Serve it with Adukale Majjige Huli
