1. General

Grab Solutions Limited provides access to thegrab2buy.com website or the mobile application/app or any other media  to you subject to the terms and conditions set out on this page. By using the Website, you, a registered or guest user in terms of the eligibility criteria set out herein (“User”) agree to be bound by the Terms. www.grab2buy.com or Grab2Buy is a shopping platform where you can browse, select and order products. Please read them carefully as your continued usage of the Website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not want to be bound by the Terms, you must not subscribe to or use the Website or our services.  1.2      The contents set out herein form an electronic record in terms of তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি আইন, ২০০৬ (Information & Communication Technology Act, 2006) and rules there under as applicable and as amended from time to time. As such, this document does not require any physical or digital signatures and forms a valid and binding agreement between the Website and the User.  1.3       In these Terms, references to "you", "User" shall mean the end user/customer accessing the Website, its contents and using the Services offered through the Website. 1.4       By impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms, you also accept and agree to be bound by Grab2Buy Policies as amended from time to time.  1.5       We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective when posted on the Website. By continuing to use the Website after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms as modified. 

2. Agreement to the terms and conditions

2.1      By accessing and using the site, including placing orders of products through the site, you agree that you will be subject to and will comply with these terms and conditions           (a)  By completing your registration through the site.           (b)  Using the site to obtain products from us and, (c)  Receiving transactional and promotional notifications from us. 2.2      You must complete the customer registration process through the site before placing an order for products through the site. 2.3      You may not have more than one active account, and your account is non-transferable. You may update, edit or terminate your account at any time through the site. You may not have more than two accounts per delivery address. 2.4      If you choose to use a workplace email address for your account or to access the site, then you are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with the rules, policies or protocols that apply to the use of your email address and your workplace facilities. 2.5     The agreement with Grab2Buy can be terminated by not accessing the Website; or closing Your Account, if such option has been made available to You. 

3. Placing an Order for Products

3.1     You may order products by selecting and submitting your order through the site. 3.2     Any order placed through this site for a product is an offer by you to purchase the particular product for the price notified (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) at the time you place the order. 3.3     You agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate details when asked to do so by the site. Grab2Buy attempts to be as accurate as possible. Grab2Buy does not manufacture or produce any product by themselves. Therefore, Grab2Buydoes not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any product is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.    

4. Cancellation Terms & Policy

4.1     We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including if the requested product is not available if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site or an error in your order. 4.2     We also reserve the right to cancel any order without giving any reason(s). 4.3     We also have the right to suspend or remove a user account without giving any notice or justification to the user. 4.4     We will keep every unverified order for 24 (Twenty Four) hours and make several attempts to verify. If there is no response, after that time the order will be automatically cancelled. 4.5     You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time within 3 (Three) hours after confirming your order.

5. Pricing

5.1     For all kinds of perishable products such as vegetables, meat. mutton, chicken, duck, turkey, fishes, eggs, milk, rice, etc. price and offers will vary based upon users' specified locations, zone, area, locality. So it is advised to log in with your concerned location and check the offer price before check out to avoid any kind of confusion. 5.2     Except where noted otherwise, the list price or suggested price displayed for products on Grab2Buy represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The list price or suggested price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.  5.3     Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the MRP of an item sold by Grab2Buy is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. And if the stated price on the product is lower than Grab2Buy, we will, either refund the amount or replace the product according to your preference, when acknowledged. 

6. Return Terms & Policy 

6.1     A user may return any product during the time of delivery, or within 3 days if: a)        Found damaged during delivery  b)        Received in an unhealthy/ unexpected condition  c)        Finds product unusable  6.2      A user may return any unopened or defective up to 10% and less, item within 3 days of receiving the item. But following products may not be eligible for return or replacement:  a)        Damages due to misuse of product b)        Any consumable item which has been used/installed  c)        Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers  d)        Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty  e)        Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered. 

7. Refund Terms & Policy

7.1     Refund requests will be processed under mentioned situation: a)       Unable to serve with any product.   b)       Customer returns any product from a paid order. c)       Customer cancels a paid order before it has been dispatched. 7.2     For all the above three scenarios, the refund amount will be sent to Grab2Buy Balance of the customer. And the balance can only be used to purchase at Grab2Buy. Upon a customer's request, Grab2Buy will transfer the refund amount to the user's original payment source within 15 working days. Refund is only allowed for customers who have paid via bKash or Nagad or other electronic method. For the orders that are paid via Cash, refund is only to be given through Grab2Buy Balance. 

8. Supply Terms & Policy:

8.1      Grab2Buy does not produce or manufacture any product, therefore Grab2Buy tries to control the quality, but does not give quality assurance for any. We believe the manufacturer/ vendor/ supplier are fully capable of assuring the quality of every product.  8.2      If any user, at the time of receiving the order delivery, finds any product injurious to health/ life/ security, we will take full liability and will accept the return of that product. If the user faces any threat after 3 hours of the provided delivery, we will consider it as a lacking within the quality assurance from the manufacturers or suppliers.  8.3      All products displayed on the website are subject to change and are subject to availability. 

9. Modifications 

9.1      Grab2Buy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on grab2buy .com. You are responsible for the reviewing of such modifications.
